SHIPPING QUESTIONS

All items are shipped via USPS. Please inly select "local pickup" or "local delivery" if you are local and able to pick up within 5 days. Orders not picked up after 5 days will be released for resale and no refunds will be given. Please contact us at shopmiqs@yahoo.com if you need extra time to pick up your order.

Processing takes 1-3 business days after your order is placed. you will be notified via email when your order is ready. If you selected pickup or delivery, your email may say your item has "shipped." that just means it is ready for you!

Please Note: Orders placed after 3pm PST Friday through Sunday will begin being processed the following Monday.

Orders cannot be cancelled after the have been placed as payment is processed automatically.

You are able to use only ONE promotional code in addition to any e-gift card or store credit code at checkout. Discounts cannot be retroactively applied.

We recommend carefully reviewing orders as we cannot guarantee changes after they have been placed.

Due to the nature of this shop we order from multiple wholesalers and suppliers. Our ability to restock depends on the availability as well as popularity of an item.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All items to be returned are to be done so within 14 days of receiving your order for store credit only.

We do not offer credit/debit refunds, however your. store credit never expires.

All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and with all tags and original packaging intact. Returns will not be accepted if they do not meet the above criteria. If any items are returned and do not meet the return criteria they will be returned to you, at your cost, if you so choose.

All sale items are final sale.

If you receive a damaged or defective item please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order at shopmiqs@yahoo.com.

Shopmiqs.co will not offer refunds of any kind to items damaged after they have been washed, worn or altered in any way. We encourage our customers to please closely follow any care instructions listed on each item.

Currently we do not offer refunds or exchanges (returns for store credit only) at this time due to the quick selling nature of our products.

Due to the quick selling nature of our product we do not offer exchanges at this time. You can however return your item (for store credit only) and use that to purchase something else from the site. Please head to our return policy FAQ for all the details.

We carry a wide variety of brands and styles, therefore sizing can vary dependent upon fabric and style of clothing. For additional information we suggest referencing our product descriptions for which size the model is wearing as well as whether the item runs small, large, or true to size.
